It only made sense that the next step after choosing to eat healthier and cleaner would be to focus on the products I use on my body. Choosing safe, high quality products to use on your skin and body is just as important as choosing high quality foods to eat.
Two of my favorite companies are Tula and Primally Pure. Both companies are very high quality and offer safe, clean products for your face and body.
Here are some of my favorites.

Primally Pure is another awesome company that I just started using. When looking at their ingredient lists on their products it only made sense that I start to use these things not only on my self, but also on my children as well. All of their products are made with certified organic products that you will recognize when you read the label. These products were the perfect addition to our healthy lifestyle. Check out some of my favorite products for the whole family!
I fell in love with this body butter the minute I put it on my skin. It feels amazing and smells good enough to eat (which you probably could because the ingredients are so natural).
Traditional deoderants are horrible for you. Other natural deodorants I have tried leave you smelling less than fresh way too soon after applying. This charcoal deodorant however fights odor and leaves your skin smooth. Its the perfect healthy solution to stinky armpits.
The Primally Pure lip balm is made from tallow from grass fed beef, coconut oil, shea butter and essential oils. You won't find anything this natural anywhere else. Perfect addition to your overall healthy lifestyle.
Beyond these products that I have loved for myself, I am also super excited about the products that are made for babies and children. It makes me feel so good knowing the things I am using on my kids skin in the healthiest possible. Here are our favorite baby/kid products!
This baby balm has been the perfect thing for our newborn's dry skin. It is also awesome for nursing moms!
The baby oil has been perfect for more sensitive areas and really helps keep baby's skin soft and happy.
This all natural baby powder is awesome for keeping baby's skin dry and rash free. I love that it is talc free and made with awesome high quality, natural ingredients.
This goats milk baby bar soap is the perfect soap for newborn sensitive skin. It cleanses but doesn't dry skin out.
Whether you start using products from these companies or not, focusing on the quality of the products you put on your face and body should be just as important as the food you eat. Be sure to choose products and companies that are reputable and made from high quality ingredients and sources you can trust.
