No Bake Raisin Oat Snack Bars

These no-bake snack bars are healthy, delicious and kid approved. ⁠

Here's what you will need...⁠

1/2 cup coconut oil ⁠
1/2 cup peanut butter ⁠
2 cups oats⁠
1/2 cup raisins⁠
1 tsp cinnamon ⁠
pinch of sea salt ⁠
*optional - mini chocolate chips ⁠

➡️Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together and stir to combine⁠
➡️Stir in remaining ingredients⁠
➡️Spread in a silicone loaf pan or in a metal pan lined with parchment paper⁠
➡️Chill in the freezer then cut into bars. ⁠
