These no-bake snack bars are healthy, delicious and kid approved.
Here's what you will need...
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
*optional - mini chocolate chips
➡️Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter together and stir to combine
➡️Stir in remaining ingredients
➡️Spread in a silicone loaf pan or in a metal pan lined with parchment paper
➡️Chill in the freezer then cut into bars.
