Mango Turmeric Smoothie

This smoothie is perfectly sweet and light for a nice healthy kickstart to your morning. 

Here's what you need. 

Mango Turmeric Smoothie

2 cups cubed frozen mango 

1 1/2 cups full fat plain greek yogurt (I love Siggis or Fage) 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

a pinch of ground black pepper

1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw local honey (optional)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) 

In a blender add 2 cups of water and all ingredients until blended smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon. 

Store in a mason jar for an easy on the go breakfast or snack.
