My name is Melissa. I have become the resident go-to nutrition person here at my gym, CrossFit Boomtown. I love learning about nutrition, cooking food and most of all eating food.
In the world of fitness and nutrition I am a little fish in a big pond, but I am proud of the changes I am making with the clients I am working with. My services are very personal. I establish a relationship with my clients that extends much further then just food. We dig into the WHY behind many of our food related behaviors, habits and feelings. I use a client centered approach that allows the client to feel like they have control over their nutrition, but also allows for the necessary accountability needed for success.
I am passionate about helping people change their lives for the better.
