Honey Habanero Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp honey
Melt honey in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Mix seeds, melted honey and spices in a bowl. Combine. Pour onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
*You could eat these by themselves as a great snack, add them to a trail mix, or top yogurt or soup with them. YUM!
