Energizing Smoothie Recipe

When you know you have a busy day ahead of you, this smoothie is a nice option to kickstart the morning. The honey acts as a time-released muscle fuel, the blueberries aid your brain to help keep it focused, the mango and banana are nice slow release carbs to keep you energized all morning, and the chia seeds and greek yogurt add some nice healthy fat to the mix, perfect for a long, productive day! 

1/2 cup frozen mango 

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries 

2 tbsp chia seeds 

1 tbsp honey 

2 tbsp full fat greek yogurt

Throw it all in your favorite blender until smooth. Simple and satisfying.
