Day 2 - Setting a Morning Routine

“My morning routine definitely sets the tone for the rest of my day. If I am rushed and stressed in the morning that will carry through my day”.

Today’s task is going to be to set a morning routine for yourself. This about your current morning routine. Be critical and honest with yourself. Are you doing everything you can to set yourself up for a productive, successful day/week/month/year?

As you think about and set a morning routine for yourself I want you to choose 3-5 things that you can accomplish within a 30-45 minute time frame each morning. Your tasks can be simple like making your bed, brushing your teeth and making coffee. They can also be new things like meditating, stretching or journaling.

Commit to completing at least 1-2 of these tasks every single day and choose things that will help you to achieve your goals that you have set for yourself. By including these routines into everyday life, you are more likely to work towards your goals everyday, therefore actually achieving them.
