What can I expect from this challenge?
For this challenge you will be given 31 tasks/challenges to complete. Each day we will be focusing on a different part of health and wellness.
My goal for this challenge is to hopefully help you set new goals for yourself, create a plan to successfully achieve these goals, help you to create healthy habits and eliminate waste from your life.
